Ostomy Support

Hoag Resources

Outpatient Care and Support for Ostomy Patients – Hoag’s Ostomy Care Program offers patients the education and support to successfully manage their ostomies so they can resume normal daily activities. We strive to provide ostomates with all components of high quality care. Our Certified Ostomy Nurses are available to patients to provide expert care, pre-surgery and post-surgery education, as well as support. The services available through Hoag range from pre-operative site markings, pre-surgery education on ostomy products, as well as an outpatient clinic that ostomates can receive education on home care management. Our ostomy program is designed to give ostomates the best possible surgical and quality of life outcomes.

Ostomy Forum – Virtual  –  Join us for a virtual group to gain mutual support and information among peers. Appropriate for individuals with colostomies, ileostomies and/or urostomies.
