Adolescents (13-17 yrs old)

ASPIRE (After School Program: Intervention and Resiliency Education) is an intensive outpatient program for adolescents, ages 13-17, with primary mental health disorders and possible co-occurring substance abuse challenges.

Young Adults (18–26 yrs old)

The transition from adolescence to adulthood is one of the most crucial stages of life and can have a lasting impact on an individual’s long-term happiness and well-being. The team of neurobehavioral health experts at Hoag’s Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute has designed a program to help young adults navigate the many challenges of this developmental stage.

Hoag Maternal Mental Health Program is dedicated to helping women experiencing mental health conditions before, during and after pregnancy. A collaboration between Pickup Family Neurosciences Institute and Women’s Health Institute, our goal is to ensure healthy outcomes for both mothers and babies.

Underserved members of the community

Under the Department of Community Health, the Mental Health Center at Hoag Hospital has been providing outpatient mental health services since 1998. The goal of the Mental Health Center is to improve the health and well-being of the surrounding under resourced and underserved community, through the provision of free psychotherapy services. These services are intended to increase an individual’s level of happiness, level of satisfaction and functioning in life.
