Fees
- Individual session: $95
- Semi-private session: $55 per person. Package options available.
Pre and Postnatal Yoga
Our prenatal yoga class offers a holistic approach to encourage a smooth pregnancy. After birth, postnatal yoga will help rebuild strength and release tension.
