Yoga therapy is a type of therapy that uses personalized yoga postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and other mindfulness-based practices to improve mental and physical health. Yogic tools are tailored to address the client’s specific needs, abilities, and goals, and take home practices are designed for clients to enhance their healing.
