Get Fit Program
Let Hoag for Her Center for Wellness be your partner in health to help prevent illness, build wellness and – most importantly – help you live a healthier, happier life by enrolling in our Get Fit Program. Get Fit is an individualized program with fitness and nutrition sessions to help you reach your goals.
Medical research has proven physical fitness and nutrition are key to helping prevent diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and even cancer. This program will provide you with a routine throughout the week to help you lose weight, reduce your risk of disease and stay on track towards a healthy lifestyle. You will learn a variety of exercises using minimal equipment and proper posture exercises, core engagement and other exercises using lightweight dumbbells and bands. The Get Fit Program also provides nutritional information including personalized meal plans.
Our Get Fit Program is run by our Fitness Coach and Nutritionist, Nicole.
Nicole Ervin, Certified Personal Trainer
While studying nutrition in college, Nicole worked at a local women’s gym which inspired her to learn more about fitness. After all, she believes combining fitness and nutrition is the best way to achieve optimal health!
After graduating Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Nutrition, she became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She started her career at a major chain gym where she became successful as one of the club’s top trainers.
Nicole’s mission is to help her clients accomplish their fitness goals and assist them in making practical lifestyle changes suited to their life. Customized fitness and nutrition programs are designed specifically for the individual, whether they’re in junior high or enjoying retirement. Nicole prides herself on offering a safe place to achieve lasting health and fitness habits.
