Arrival and Check In
If you have an appointment, you must complete your lab tests at the location for which you scheduled your appointment. If you plan to walk in, you may complete your lab tests at either of our locations.

Checking in
Please refer to our location pages to determine where to check in for each of our locations.
- With an Appointment: Making an appointment will simplify the check-in process. A lab representative will review your order, verify your records, and order your lab tests.
- Without an Appointment: A Patient Access representative will review your information to register you for your visit. Our lab representatives will then order your lab tests.
We understand your time is valuable. We recommend that you bring your lab order form, photo ID, and health insurance card (see Prepare for Your Visit) to get you in as quickly as possible.
