Do I need a referral from my doctor to come to Hoag?
No, a referral isn’t required to come to Hoag Executive Health. All information will be provided to you on a USB drive for your primary care physician to upload to your personal medical records.
May I sign up for Hoag Executive health as an individual or does my company need to be a participant?
Hoag Executive Health is available for both corporate and individual clients.

Does Hoag Executive Health conflict with my primary care provider?
Hoag Executive Health does not conflict with nor replace your primary care physician. We provide a thorough preventative and diagnostic exam emphasizing healthy lifestyles and management of risk factors management. Each program participant receives a comprehensive Wellness Report with actionable recommendations that can be used to attain and/or maintain your health. With your written authorization, we will provide your test results to your primary care physicians and consult with him or her if necessary.

Hoag Executive Health is delivered in Aliso Viejo, Irvine or Newport Beach, California. The areas are picturesque and situated close to the ocean, landmark shopping and fine dining.
