of fellowship-trained surgeons, gastroenterologists, oncologists, radiation
oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, oncology-trained nurses, a dedicated
clinical nurse navigator and support staff to ensure you receive the very
best care for your colorectal cancer diagnosis.

Hoag's Colorectal Cancer Program is led by Program Director Babak Rad,
M.D., fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon. Dr. Rad partners with a multidisciplinary

As part of Hoag’s multidisciplinary approach, the colorectal cancer
team conducts weekly GI Cancer Case Conferences where experts from all
disciplines gather together to review cases from every angle to ensure
the latest knowledge in cancer treatment is applied.
