Dulce Arias Jackson, ASW, is an Associate Social Worker. Dulce provides psychotherapy in both English and Spanish to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families. She is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), Mental Health First Aid, ASSIST crisis intervention and is informed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Dulce began her journey at the Mental Health Center in case management and resource navigation. She has clinical experience working in school settings, providing individual therapy, crisis interventions and facilitating groups for students. She has a passion for fostering positive transformations and empowering clients to overcome challenges, promoting their emotional well-being and personal growth and healing.
