Kimberlee Rosa is Vice President and Chief Compliance, Integrity & Inclusion Officer at Hoag. In this role, Ms. Rosa is responsible for the Corporate Compliance, Integrity & Inclusion, and Privacy programs for the entire Hoag network. She is a proven leader who prioritizes organizational teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration in order to create a culture of compliance, ethics and transparency.

Throughout her career, Ms. Rosa has served in a variety of Compliance and Health Information Management (HIM) leadership roles at hospitals across California. Her areas of responsibility have included HIM, Privacy, Compliance, Medical Staff Office including physician peer review, Quality, Insurance Contracts and Risk Management. She has also led organizations through the implementation of electronic health records (EHR).

Ms. Rosa has a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from Loma Linda University and a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University. She has obtained numerous certifications including: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified in Healthcare Research Compliance (CHRC), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), and Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).
