Hoag Health Center Irvine Community Art Unveiling

This winter, Hoag Cancer Center Irvine will unveil a display offering learned wisdom, words of encouragement and beautiful candor of cancer survivors, family members, community members and Hoag employees.

The art installation will be unveiled at a public event on January 27 at 11 a.m. at Hoag Cancer Center Irvine (16105 Sand Canyon Avenue). The words of inspiration were submitted by attendees and staff at the grand opening of the Center, and the art installation stands as a tribute to patients’ courage and as a reminder that support is within reach.

In its beauty and thoughtfulness, the wall is like a physical manifestation of the care offered by Hoag Family Cancer Institute’s comprehensive, team-based approach: A load-bearing support that doctors, nurses, techs, staff and other patients build to help those going through treatment.
