Uterine Cancer Risk Factors
Risk factors for uterine cancer include:
- The use of estrogen without progesterone
- Use of tamoxifen
- Late onset of menopause (after age 52). The vast majority of women diagnosed with endometrial cancer—about 75 percent—have already gone through menopause.
