NEW Integrative Health Classes

  • Dance for Joy – 8 week classes including creative movement, ballet, hip hop & jazz for children
  • Music Rhythm – 8 week classes utilizing musical instruments & singing. Classes available for children & adults
  • Dance for the Body & Mind – 7 week class for adults 50+

Mental Health Center Groups

  • Boost Up Boys Group – 8 week group for boys ages 11-14 to learn how to improve self-esteem, confidence, communication, coping skills & more.
  • Healthy Families – 8 week group bilingual (Span/Eng) for parents/caregivers and their children ages 0-5. Learn new parenting strategies & strengthen relationship with child.
  • Bold, Beautiful & Brave Girls Group – 8 week group for girls in grades 6th-8th designed to empower participants.
  • Kids Coping Plus – 8 week group for children ages 6-10 to learn how to manage their feelings.
  • Positive Parenting (Spanish) – 8 week group to improve the parent-child relationship & teach positive parenting skills.
  • Dads Group (Spanish) – 17 week group for fathers, topics will include stress management, positive parenting, self-esteem & problem solving.
  • Women’s Group (Spanish)8 week group for women of all ages to learn about self-compassion, stress management, personal growth & more.
  • Me Time Mondays Adult Workshop8 week co-ed group for adults to learn how to effectively manage stress, enhance communication skill, cope with various emotions & learn mindfulness practices.   
  • Monthly Farsi GroupLearn mindfulness strategies to live life to its fullest.
