Dr. Pham is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. He also serves three days per week as a Diabetes Pharmacist at the Mary & Dick Allen Diabetes Center at Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach where he provides both one-one one and group consultations relating to type 1 and type 2 diabetes. He volunteers his time for the American Diabetes Association where he serves as the family retreat speaker liaison and the speakers bureau chair. He sits on the editorial board of 2 well known medical journals. He has published over 40 articles both peer and non-peer review. He has completed research and been funded for more than $40,000. He speaks annually for TCOYD as well as for the ADA. Dr. Pham was also the president of the Orange County Society of Health System Pharmacists.

Dr. Pham received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific in 2001. He completed a residency in general medicine at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Stockton, California. He was a faculty member at Long Island University (LIU), College of Pharmacy from 2002-2007 and also served as an internal medicine preceptor at Kings County Hospital Center, both in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Pham has been a member of the faculty at Western University of Health Sciences since 2007. He enjoys reading, spending time with family, and staying active.
