Clinical Expertise:

Cristi has been a registered nurse since 1997 and received her Bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2017 at Chamberlain University. She is also a certified diabetes educator. Cristi currently provides diabetes self-management education to hospitalized patients with diabetes and pre-diabetes, and has provided diabetes education in an ADA accredited outpatient program in the past. She utilizes the AADE 7 self-care behavior recommendations to promote greater understanding of diabetes management.
