MS Essentials Class Series

The Multiple Sclerosis Program of Hoag Neurosciences Institute is proudly offering a free educational six-week class series for patients and caregivers dealing with the diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. Topics include: Understanding MS, exercise and physical therapy, nutrition, emotional well-being, sexual well-being, and complimentary supportive care.

Parkinson's Basics

This class series is appropriate for patients and caregivers dealing with the diagnosis of Parkinson's disease. Classes are held weekly. Topics include: Parkinson's disease and treatment overview, rehab therapies for Parkinson's disease, speech therapy, and surgical intervention.

Insomnia Program​

The Judy & Richard Voltmer Sleep Center is offering a program to treat insomnia. This six-week consecutive course is designed to break the pattern of insomnia through cognitive-behavioral therapy and teach participants coping techniques to alleviate their insomnia and improve quality of life. Enrollment in this course is $100.
