Elaheh Bakhtiari received her Bachelor’s in Guidance and Consulting from Azad University in Roudehen, Iran. She also has certificates in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Infant/Toddler and Child Development studies and is trained in Suicide Prevention. Prior to starting at Hoag in June 2023, Elaheh worked in various roles serving families and children through UC Irvine and Irvine Valley College’s Child Development Centers. She also has experience working in EOPS, where she helped connect financially and educationally disadvantaged college students to community resources. Elaheh is motivated to help and advocate for others. She is passionate about supporting those of underrepresented and disadvantaged backgrounds on their path to healing and self-sufficiency while alleviating any barriers they may face along the way. She is also fluent in English and Farsi.
