Dr. Dipti Itchhaporia, director of disease management for the
Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute at Hoag Hospital, has been named the American College of Cardiology’s
vice president for 2020-21 and will serve as president in 2021-22.
The ACC is the leading medical society governing the practice of cardiology.

recognition as the new ACC vice president,”
