Jan L. Blue

• Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Jan L. Blue joined Hoag in November 2008 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Today she is responsible for HR strategy and operations as well as Support Services to include environmental, food and nutrition, transport and biomedical services.

Prior to Hoag, she was Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer at FCG, Inc., a leading global provider of outsourcing, consulting, systems implementation and integration services and proprietary software products for healthcare, pharmaceutical, and other life sciences organizations throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Ms. Blue was with FCG for 10 years until they were sold to Computer Sciences Corporation in a public trade.

In 2010, Ms. Blue received the prestigious “Excellence in Change Management Leadership” award from the National Human Resources Association. She has served as a board member for the 552 Club, which is affiliated with the Hoag Hospital Foundation. Ms. Blue attended Texas Tech University and has a BSN from West Texas A&M University.
