Sandra Miguel is a certified personal trainer and wellness coach. She has been in the fitness and wellness space for nearly 20 years. She holds various fitness and wellness certifications from institutions including International Sports Sciences Association, The Titleist Performance Institute, National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has been active in sports all her life so personal training was a natural fit. She works with a wide range of clientele, including professional golfers, junior athletes, weekend warriors, women seeking to improve their health and active seniors. She is passionate about empowering women through fitness and educating them on what their bodies can do. She understands the physical needs of women in various stages of life. She tailors her clients’ workouts to their individual goals and needs while trying to avoid injury, staying mindful of limitations while maximizing their potential and making their workouts efficient and effective. She works with compassion and encouragement.

Sandra’s has a constant quest for knowledge of health, wellness and longevity. She takes continuing education courses to stay current with the health and wellness industry. She is always striving to better her craft and practice what she teaches.

When she is not in the gym she loves to travel, hike, hunt for good eats and paint. Her new passion project is creating travel and wellness experiences in Italy.
