Sweet Life Cooking Demonstrations

Join the Mary & Dick Allen Diabetes Center for on-demand cooking demonstrations that focus on healthy cooking and nutrition management for those with diabetes. The demonstrations will be facilitated by one of our registered dietitians and Hoag Executive Chef, Davis Cruz.

Access to each cooking demonstration and recipes will be emailed to those who register by 5 p.m
. on the day of the event.

Classes will be offered virtually, via the Hoag YouTube channel to watch at a time that is convenient for you and access is unlimited.
