Prenatal Pilates is a wonderful way to maintain good posture to support your growing baby and strengthen your muscles while moving your body in a safe and controlled way. This class will focus on breathing, core strength and stability, mobility of the hips, pelvis and leg muscles, and strengthening of the chest and back muscles.
