Pinkie Nolan joined Hoag in September 2014 as the Vice President of the
Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). In this role, she is responsible
for optimizing Hoag’s portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensuring
that those initiatives are executed successfully.
Ms. Nolan has over 20 years of experience in portfolio and project management.
She has established and operated PMOs for both commercial and government
organizations, developed frameworks to manage billion-dollar strategic
project portfolios, and successfully managed complex business and technology
projects at enterprise, regional and global levels.
Before joining Hoag, Ms. Nolan served as the Senior Director of the EPMO
for Inova Health System – a multi-billion dollar health system in
northern Virginia. Prior to Inova, she held leadership positions with
Grant Thornton and CACI, where she provided business advisory and technology
consulting services to defense and civilian government agencies.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ms. Nolan earned her
Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering at the University of
Virginia and her Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering
at Georgia Tech. She has also worked towards a Doctorate of Philosophy
in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia (ABD status).
