Hoag Pelvic Health Program offers the latest treatment options for women and men with pelvic floor conditions. With a physician’s referral, patients have access to a team of dedicated physical therapists who specialize solely in pelvic floor conditions to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based interventions. Hoag’s comprehensive team approach includes partnering with urologists, gynecologists, urogynecologists and other pelvic health subspecialists, as well as with other integrated wellness therapy providers.

A referral or physical therapy order from your doctor is required to access Hoag’s pelvic floor physical therapy services through the Hoag Pelvic Health Program. Please note that a referral or order is required regardless of your insurance type, including a PPO.
