Safety and Efficacy of Adjunct Therapies in Adults with Type 1 diabetes: Multicenter, Registry Study
What is the purpose of this study?
To evaluate safety and efficacy of adjunct therapies (weekly GLP-1RA and SGLT-2i) in adults with type 1 diabetes.
Eligibility
Adults>18 years of age
Clinical diagnosis of type 1 diabetes
Weekly GLP-1RA or SGLT-2i drug prescribed by their provider for any indication as part of usual care with use for no more than 1 week (or anticipated to use in 1 week)
Use of CGM at least 3 months and willing to share CGM data for the 3 months prior to the study and throughout the study.
Use of a GLP-1RA or SGLT-2i for more than one week at the time of screening.
Use of concomitant weight loss drug (unless on a stable dose for at least 3 month)
Planning for bariatric surgery during the study period
