Oncology Nurse Navigators - Clinical Nurse Navigators are a unique asset to Hoag Family Cancer Institute.
Hoag's cancer navigators serve an important role as facilitator and
guide for patients, answering questions and providing support through
each phase of treatment.
Hereditary Cancer Program - Hoag offers a comprehensive Hereditary Cancer Program, that offers genetic
counseling and genetic testing by two certified genetic counselors.
Cancer Dietitians - Special to Hoag Family Cancer Institute are two dedicated Registered
Dietitians available to answer your nutritional questions and provide
resources for a healthier diet before, during and after cancer treatment.
Physical Therapy - Hoag’s licensed physical therapists provide treatment to improve
movement, restore function and/or relieve pain during and beyond cancer
treatment.
CARES Program - The Hoag CARES Team is here to provide an extra layer of support to
patients and families facing the challenges of serious illness to minimize
suffering and improve quality of life through services such as symptom
management, emotional support and advance care planning.
Pastoral Care - provides spiritual support & counseling services to patients, families,
and the community.
Patient Financial Services - Assists patient and families in navigating the billing process by providing
customer service information, answers to common questions and online bill
