David Chirikian

Through volunteer work with older adults, Dr. Chirikian witnessed firsthand the positive impact compassionate care can have on quality of life. Alongside a lifelong passion for science, this experience inspired him to pursue a career in medicine and dedicate himself to helping others live healthier lives.

He chose internal medicine because of its depth, variety, and focus on understanding the whole person. Drawn to the complexity of how the body systems work together, he values the opportunity to care for patients across a wide range of health needs and build lasting relationships throughout their healthcare journey.

At the heart of Dr. Chirikian’s approach is a commitment to advocacy. He believes one of his most important roles is helping patients navigate an increasingly complex healthcare system while ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported in their care decisions. Known for his welcoming and inclusive demeanor, he works to build strong, trusting relationships with every patient he serves. His passion is fueled by both the patients he cares for and the colleagues he works alongside each day.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Chirikian enjoys staying active through sports, whether playing or cheering for his favorite teams, the Lakers and Dodgers. He also loves spending time outdoors and sharing great meals with friends and family.
