Nationally recognized neuro-oncologist, Dr. Khagi drives innovation in brain tumor treatment through clinical trials, immunotherapy, and compassionate, individualized care.
Dr. Khagi, a board-certified medical and neurological oncologist, specializing in brain and spine tumors, brain metastases, lung cancer, and advanced skin cancers, with deep expertise in immunotherapy, genomically guided therapy, oncolytic virotherapy, adoptive cell therapies, and tumor treating fields.
He leads the expansion of advanced neuro-oncology clinical trials and innovative treatment approaches for complex brain tumors. Nationally recognized for his research, he has led pioneering studies, including the first institutional use of live virus therapy delivered directly into the brain and development of novel CAR T-cell strategies for glioblastoma. He has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters. He has been an invited lecturer at many international conferences and large academic centers.
