Parking
Self-parking
Self-parking is available across the campus at several locations for a nominal fee. Clear signage throughout the campus helps you find the most convenient spot for your visit. Walk-up pay stations accept cash, debit or credit cards. Self-parking rates: 0 to 1.5 hours – Free 1.5 to 3.5 hours – $5 Each additional 30 minutes – $2 Daily maximum – $16 2-day maximum – $32 Parking validations may be available; please ask your care team. Self-parking passes with in-and-out privileges are available at pay stations on Level 1 near the elevators in P1 and P2. Pay stations accept cash, credit cards and tap to pay.
Valet parking
Valet locations and hours: Du Family Hospital Pavilion main entry: Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 9 PM; Saturday and Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Benjamin & Carmela Du Emergency Department Pavilion: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Women’s Outpatient & Hospital Pavilions: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cancer & Digestive Outpatient Pavilion and Cancer & Digestive Hospital: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM; closed Saturday and Sunday. Valet rates: Flat rate – $16 2-day maximum – $32 $2 discount with a valid ADA placard. $3 discount with Emergency Department discharge paperwork.
Shuttle Services
Shuttle services are available across campus, as well as to other adjacent Hoag facilities. Please call (619) 323-4678 to request service. Courtesy shuttle hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Before you come
Your appointment confirmation and MyChart both name the building. If you're not sure, the information desk inside the main entrance can direct you, or use the wayfinding kiosks placed throughout the campus.
Use P1 or ED valet, which runs 24 hours a day. The best campus entrance for the Emergency Department is Alton Parkway. For other destinations, consult the campus parking guide for the closest parking location.
The Women’s Hospital is in Building 230 at 16200 Sand Canyon Avenue. OB triage and the OB Emergency Department are on Floor 1 and operate 24/7.

Yes. The Marketplace Cafe serves a range of cuisines and diets, and a coffee bar offers specialty drinks with lounge seating nearby.
