Delivering care for comfort and peace
The primary goal of Hoag at Home Hospice Care is to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual care and support during a life-limiting illness. We provide care in the patient’s familiar, comfortable surroundings, and in the company of family and friends. We seek to provide care and support to both the patient and the family. Hospice care is a team effort, and we operate as an interdisciplinary team. The most important members of that team are the patient and family. We are here to assist you and to work with you throughout the course of your illness so that you can achieve comfort, peace, and dignity.
