    Pulsatile Tinnitus

    Pulsatile tinnitus refers to a “whooshing” or “whirring” noise heard in one or both ears that is synchronized with your heart rhythm. There are a multitude of different causes of pulsatile tinnitus, some of which, such as dural arteriovenous malformations or venous sinus stenosis, can be treated with endovascular techniques.
