Quynh-Nhu Julie Vo

Dr. Vo was inspired to pursue medicine by her parents, who each influenced her path in different ways. Her mother, a pharmacist, gave her an early appreciation for health care and the impact that caring for others can have, while her father recognized her curiosity, determination and potential and encouraged her to pursue a career in medicine. 

She was drawn to internal medicine because it combines clinical reasoning and problem-solving with the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients. Naturally curious, Dr. Vo enjoys understanding the “why” behind things and takes the time to look at the whole person rather than focusing on a single diagnosis. 

Dr. Vo’s patient care philosophy is to treat every patient with the same compassion, respect and attention she would want for her own family. She believes being a good physician goes beyond medical knowledge and prioritizes listening closely, communicating clearly and creating an environment where patients feel heard, supported and comfortable discussing their health. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Vo enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She enjoys playing tennis and golf, cooking and baking, spending quality time with friends and family, and learning new things and trying new activities.
