Lauren N. Williams

Dr. Williams’ path to medicine was shaped by personal experience. Born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate, she’s undergone more than 28 surgeries, each one deepening her understanding of what it means to be a patient.

She was drawn to family medicine for its unique blend of variety, long-term connection, and the opportunity to care for the whole person across every stage of life. During medical school, a mentor taught her the value of truly listening, which is an approach that continues to shape her practice today. Whether helping someone manage a chronic condition or guiding them through a major life transition, Dr. Williams sees each visit as an opportunity to connect, support, and empower.

Her philosophy of care blends the principles of whole person care with a strong foundation in lifestyle medicine. She partners with patients to create realistic, personalized health goals, always working at their pace.

Dr. Williams earned her medical degree from the Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California.

Outside of work, Dr. Williams enjoys painting, scrapbooking, hiking, and skiing. She finds inspiration in the outdoors, joy in creative expression, and balance through time spent with her family and church community.
