Dr. Chiang received a PhD in public health before going on to Medical School. He completed his post graduate medical education at the University of California, Irvine before joining NSMG in 1998. He is well regarded by his patients and he is the current Chair of the Division of Nephrology for Hoag Memorial Hospital Newport Beach.
