Enkhsaikhan Munkhbold

Dr. Enkhsaikhan Munkhbold is a board-certified family medicine physician known for her warm and compassionate approach to care. She is dedicated to treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit— and works to ensure every patient feels genuinely heard, understood, and empowered. Whether managing chronic conditions or encouraging healthier lifestyle choices, Dr. Munkhbold emphasizes building lasting relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and open communication.

Dr. Munkhbold received her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her residency in family medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Southern California. Her training provided broad experience in both acute and chronic care, as well as integrative medicine. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including public health clinics and programs focused on obesity management. Before medical school, she earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin– Milwaukee.

Dr. Munkhbold has a special interest in preventive care, chronic disease management, and supporting patients in developing sustainable wellness routines. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment where individuals from all backgrounds feel respected, comfortable, and cared for.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Munkhbold maintains balance through exercise, meditation, and spending time in nature. She values mindfulness and believes that caring for her own well-being enables her to provide the highest quality care to her patients.
