About Dr. David G. Meyers
Bio
Dr. David Meyers is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been a member of the Hoag Medical Staff since 1998. Over a career spanning more than 30 years, he earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Illinois, Chicago, where he also completed his Emergency Medicine residency.
Dr. Meyers currently chairs the EPOC Wellness and Recreation Committee and previously served as an Assistant Professor and ACLS Program Director at the University of Illinois. A Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians (FACEP), he has been recognized as an OCMA Physician of Excellence and has shared his expertise as a consultant and writer for the television program Untold Stories of the ER. Dr. Meyers is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based emergency care to the community.
