Dr. Schwindt received her medical training at the St. Louis University School of Medicine and received her internship, residency and fellowship training at the St. Louis University Group of Hospitals. She has also been involved with many research projects that focused on understanding the environmental factors that may influence the increase in asthma.
“Having allergies can seriously impact the quality of life for patients, from having nasal allergies that make you feel like you have a cold every day to life threatening food allergies,” explained Dr. Schwindt, “controlling and managing these disease states can significantly improve health, wellbeing, and how one lives their life.”
Dr. Schwindt’s approach to care is comprehensive with a focus on patient education, so that together they can create the best plan that will work for each patient.
