Christina D. Jones

Dr. Christina Jones is a board-certified internal medicine physician with a thoughtful, whole-person approach to primary care. She is passionate about building meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients and believes in the power of curiosity, connection, and lifestyle-based care. Whether she’s guiding someone through chronic illness or helping them stay well with preventive strategies, Dr. Jones is committed to supporting each individual’s health journey with empathy and clinical excellence.

Dr. Jones earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her residency training in internal medicine at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. Her diverse background includes experience as both a hospitalist and a primary care physician, as well as current work in clinical research focused on cardiometabolic and pulmonary health. Across each setting, she has remained grounded in her belief that prevention, education, and access to innovation are critical to patient wellbeing.

She has a particular interest in longevity, women's health, and incorporating principles of movement, mindfulness, and nutrition into everyday care. Dr. Jones speaks English and medical Spanish and values cultural sensitivity in every patient interaction. She strives to be a partner and advocate for her patients, empowering them with the tools and knowledge they need to lead healthier, more vibrant lives.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time in nature, staying active, and practicing the same health habits she encourages in her patients. Whether jogging through her local trails or cooking nutritious meals at home, she believes small, consistent actions make a lasting difference.
