Andrew P. Kim

Dr. Kim's path to medicine was shaped by two meaningful experiences. Volunteering on a medical mission trip to Peru showed him the profound impact compassionate healthcare can have on patients from diverse backgrounds, while recovering from sports related injuries gave him firsthand insight into the physical and emotional challenges patients often face. Together, these experiences inspired him to pursue a career dedicated to providing knowledgeable, empathetic care. 

As a family medicine physician specializing in urgent care, Dr. Kim enjoys caring for patients of all ages and helping them navigate unexpected illnesses and injuries. He values the fast-paced nature of urgent care and the opportunity to provide timely treatment, answer questions, and help patients feel reassured during times of uncertainty. 

Dr. Kim believes the best care begins with listening. He takes the time to understand each patient's concerns and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while explaining diagnoses and treatment options in a clear and approachable way. His goal is for every patient to leave feeling respected, informed, and confident in their care. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kim enjoys staying active through tennis, soccer, and fitness. He also enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and exploring different cultures and cuisines. These experiences continue to shape his perspective and strengthen his ability to connect with patients from all walks of life.
