About Dr. Przybysz

Dr. Aaron Przybysz (pronounced “Shib – ish”) is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician with a focus on interventional pain management.

He has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of spine pain, peripheral joint pain, neuropathic pain, cancer pain and headache management. Dr. Przybysz works with each patient’s medical team and support system to provide an integrated approach to facilitate healing and continuity of care.

He completed his pain management fellowship and anesthesiology residency at the University of Michigan. He holds a Doctor of Human Medicine (MD) from the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University, and a doctorate of pharmacology (PhD) from Vanderbilt University. He attended Kalamazoo College where he received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry.

Dr. Przybysz has received numerous awards including being named an Orange County Medical Association Physician of Excellence, A Super Doctors Rising Star for the Los Angels area, and a nominee for the prestigious John J. Bonica Award from the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Przybysz continues to be involved in clinical research, has authored numerous publications, and has delivered numerous presentations nationwide.

He’s a member of the American and California Society of Anesthesiologists, American Medical Association, American Board of Anesthesiology and American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine.

Dr. Przybysz interests outside of medicine include spending time with family, golfing, running swimming, hiking and watching auto racing.
