Self-parking is available across the campus at multiple locations for a nominal fee. Clear signage throughout the campus helps you find the most convenient spot for your visit. Walk-up pay stations accept cash, debit or credit cards.
For added convenience, valet parking is offered near the main entrance. Our professional attendants provide quick, secure service to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible.
The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information.
A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the lobby of the Women’s Pavilion.
Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed.
ATMs are available in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
US Mail drop boxes are located at the main entrance of the hospital and in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient’s caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at (949) 764-8220. If you need immediate assistance after regular business hours, contact the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. They can be reached by calling the hospital operator at 949-764-HOAG (4624).
