Emergency room
The Emergency Department is located immediately upon entering the hospital campus from Hospital Road. Head through the double doors and proceed to the security screening station.
Self parking
On-site parking is available for a nominal fee at the adjacent Dolphin Parking structure. Self- parking fees: 0 min to 30 min - free, 30 min to 4 hours - $7, 4 hours to 24 hours - $10, Three-day max - $30.
Valet parking
Valet parking is available 24/7 for a nominal fee just outside the Emergency Department. - 0 min to 4 hours - $9 - 4 hours to 24 hours - $12 - Three-day max - $36 - ADA discount - $2 - Discount with ER discharge paperwork - $3

Hoag’s Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute provides the following outpatient cardiovascular services at Hoag Hospital Newport Beach, including:
Hoag Vascular Lab, Holter Monitoring, Stress Test, EKG, and Echocardiogram. To schedule an appointment at Hoag Vascular Lab, please call (949) 764-6350. To schedule an appointment for holter monitoring, a stress test or echocardiogram, please call (949) 764-5588.

Parking
Self-parking
Self-parking is available across the campus at multiple locations for a nominal fee. Clear signage throughout the campus helps you find the most convenient spot for your visit. Walk-up pay stations accept cash, debit or credit cards.
Valet parking
For added convenience, valet parking is offered near the main entrance. Our professional attendants provide quick, secure service to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible.

The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information.

Patient billing
A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the lobby of the Women’s Pavilion.
Smoking
Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
ATMs are available in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
US mail drops
US Mail drop boxes are located at the main entrance of the hospital and in the convenience center in the cafeteria.
Concerns or questions
If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient’s caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at (949) 764-8220. If you need immediate assistance after regular business hours, contact the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. They can be reached by calling the hospital operator at 949-764-HOAG (4624).
