Our compassionate care environment promotes recovery. From the design of the center to the design of our team, our specialists have thought of every detail to help you return to independent living or close to your prior level of functioning. Available to adults who have been treated for neurologic or orthopedic issues, traumatic brain injury, or stroke, our 24-bed center provides comprehensive care with 24-hour nursing, full-time medical director oversight, and a team of certified experts. We also provide state-of-the-art equipment and technology, access to Hoag education programs, as well as treatment in the therapy garden and a putting green.
