About Dr. Zabaneh

Dr. Zabaneh has a vivacious personality and an infectious smile, a perfect combination for her role as a pediatrician.

Over the past 14 years, Dr. Zabaneh has found that using humor allows her to develop positive and trusting relationships with her patients and their families. She approaches pediatrics with sheer enjoyment and views her role in medicine not only as a physician but a problem solver and looks forward to the challenges brought to her each day. According to Dr. Zabaneh, “I treat each patient as a whole. This allows me the chance to provide individualized yet optimal and comprehensive care.”

Dr. Zabaneh attended medical school at The Autonomous University of Guadalajara, where she became fluent in Spanish. She completed her training at New York Medical College and went on to receive her Pediatric Residency degree from White Memorial Medical Center. Her continued interest in Pediatrics and medical procedures led her to pursue a fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Zabaneh also has a strong interest in research and is excited to continue her involvement in clinical research and work closely with an accomplished and dedicated group.

Dr. Zabaneh grew up in Huntington Beach and enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring other cultures. Outside of the office, she enjoys writing short stories and poems as well as singing.
