Anna Kwon, MD

A desire to help patients and families feel informed and supported inspired Dr. Kwon to pursue a career in medicine. After witnessing loved ones navigate chronic illness, including the loss of a family member to an autoimmune condition, she developed a passion for helping others better understand their health and confidently navigate the healthcare system.

Supported by the guidance of her parents, professors, and physician mentors, Dr. Kwon found her calling in internal medicine. She was drawn to the specialty's intellectual complexity and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with adult and geriatric patients.

Dr. Kwon is passionate about helping patients regain a sense of control over their health through education, advocacy, and personalized care. She believes that listening closely, building trust, and fostering open communication are essential to achieving the best outcomes.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kwon enjoys working with ceramics, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her cat, Sana. Known for being attentive, she brings that same thoughtful approach to every patient interaction.
