    Newport Mesa Family Resource Center (NMFRC)

    The NMFRC is a family friendly community based collaborative with the capacity to provide on-site access to comprehensive prevention and treatment services.

    NMFRC provides social, educational, health and supportive services for all families including birth, blended, kinship, adoptive, and foster families for residents of Costa Mesa. Partner agencies include:

    • Human Options

    • Raise Foundation

    • Children’s Bureau

    • Girls Inc

    • MOMS Orange County

    • Hoag

    The BMFRC is located in the Melinda Hoag Smith Center for Healthy Living at 307 Placentia Ave., Suite 203, Newport Beach, CA 92663. For more information on specific services please call (949) 764-8100 or visit the county family resource center page.

    Programs and services at the Newport Mesa Family Resource Center are funded in part through Families and Communities Together (FaCT). FaCT is a program administered by the County of Orange Social Services Agency,in partnership with the FaCT Coalition of Charitable Ventures of Orange County, The Olin Group, and the Orange County Alliance for Children and Families.
