Sahar is a family nurse practitioner with a passion for wellness and keeping individuals healthy and active. In her practice, Sahar uses a holistic approach to address her patients’ health care needs and treats the whole person. She is a true believer of implementing healthy lifelong practices and helps her patients achieve their health goals. She is available to meet with employees and their families and looks forward to partnering with you on your health care needs.

Exclusive to Masimo, employees have the opportunity to consult with a health and wellness coach to receive personalized fitness and nutrition counseling customized for your needs. Our offerings include a Fitness Prescription and Education, Nutritional Consultations and a Remote Coaching App. All programs are created as three 30-minute consultations geared to coach you toward your specific lifestyle and health goals. These sessions are primarily virtual to help maintain consistency with attendance. Upon completion of program, employee will be able to submit for the Cigna wellness incentive.
