Self-parking
Self-parking is available across the campus at several locations for a nominal fee. Clear signage throughout the campus helps you find the most convenient spot for your visit. Walk-up pay stations accept cash, debit or credit cards. 1 minute to 1 hour – Free 1 hour to 4 hours - $7 4 hours to 24 hours - $10 Maximum 3-day rate - $30
Valet parking
For added convenience, valet parking is offered in three locations: the main entrance, Surgical Pavilion, and the Emergency Department. Our professional attendants provide quick, secure service to make your arrival and departure as seamless as possible. Cars can be retrieved from any location, regardless of drop-off location. Valet services 1 minute to 4 hours - $9 ;4 hours to 24 hours - $12 ;Maximum 3-day rate - $36
Shuttle Services
Shuttle services are available across campus, as well as to other adjacent Hoag facilities. Please call (619) 323-4678 to request service.
Wayfinding
Digital wayfinding kiosks are located throughout the hospital campus to help you find your way. Additionally, in your MyChart application, you can access custom directions to your appointment.

The Information Desk is located inside the main entrance. Attendants are available to assist with room direction and other information.

Patient Billing
A customer service representative is available to answer specific financial questions or to receive a payment Monday through Friday in the Cashiers office.

Hoag is a smoke, vapor and tobacco-free campus. No smoking is allowed.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)
An ATM is located near the east elevators.
Concerns or questions
If there is a concern regarding patient care, please notify the patient’s caregiver or a supervisor. Patient Relations representatives can assist with patient rights, problems or concerns, interpretation of hospital policy and procedure, or lost items. The Patient Relations staff is available from 8:30 AM — 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday at (949) 764-8220. If you need immediate assistance after regular business hours, contact the charge nurse or nurse supervisor. They can be reached by calling the hospital operator at 949-764-HOAG (4624).
