Renowned cardiothoracic surgeon Timothy Lee, M.D., M.S., has recently joined the team and is excited to work with an institution that is recognized as one of the country’s top cardiovascular hospitals.

Dr. Lee comes to Hoag from San Francisco, where he was known for delivering personalized cardiac care through an expertise in minimally invasive surgeries, all arterial coronary artery bypass surgeries, the repair and replacement of heart valves and clinical trial research. He is fellowship-trained and double-board certified in surgery and thoracic surgery, and his research has been published in many peer-reviewed journals.
