Karolyn Brumbaugh, CNC

Lifestyle Coach


Karolyn is a Certified Nutritional Consultant with more than a decade of experience helping patients adopt sustainable lifestyle changes to improve energy, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol. She holds a B.A. from California State University Monterey Bay and certification from the American Association of Nutritional Consultants. Karolyn is also a certified Pilates instructor with over a decade of experience. Her expertise lies in creating personalized health plans that support long-term wellness.

Tara R. Miller, MS, RD, CDN, RYT

Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist


Tara is a Registered Dietitian and Yoga Instructor with expertise in health counseling, wellness consulting, and public education. She holds a B.S. in Dietetics from California State University, Long Beach, and an M.S. in Health Care Management and Technology from Stony Brook University. A former Peace Corps volunteer in Morocco specializing in nutrition and community health, Tara helps clients build realistic, lasting wellness habits.

Kevin Huang, L.Ac.

Acupuncturist


Kevin is a licensed acupuncturist specializing in holistic healing techniques including Master Tung Acupuncture, cupping, Tui-Na, and herbal medicine. He earned his M.S. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from South Baylo University and completed an internship at Kaohsiung Medical University in Taiwan. Kevin also holds a B.S. in Engineering from UC San Diego. Fluent in Mandarin, he provides personalized care and consultations on natural supplements to support total well-being.

Jan Carlo “JC” Zegarra, DC, CCSP

Chiropractor


Dr. JC Zegarra is a chiropractic physician with expertise in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, physiotherapy, and sports medicine. He holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic (summa cum laude) and degrees in Physiology and Biological Sciences. A former professional volleyball player, JC was inspired to pursue chiropractic medicine after recovering from a sports injury. He has worked with professional athletes across the NFL, NHL, MLB, and UFC, and emphasizes root-cause care and patient empowerment.

Rachel Bellows, PT, DPT, OCS

Physical Therapist


Rachel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She earned her DPT from Columbia University after completing her undergraduate studies in Human Biology at Pitzer College, where she also competed in collegiate water polo. Rachel completed a residency in orthopedic physical therapy at Stanford Health Care and gained valuable sports rehab experience with the Cleveland Guardians minor league program. Her clinical focus is on individualized treatment plans that restore movement and optimize function.
